La TESSITURA LASCIALFARI SRL è un’azienda nata nel 1968 che produce e vende tessuti. Il nostro parco macchine è composto da: TELAI VAMATEX: Mod.1001, Leonardo Silver, Mod. 9000- Plus a PINZA POSITIVA. Tutti con possibilità di variazione di trama.

Le macchine sono tutte informatizzate, con programmi creati per sviluppare in tempi brevi le specifiche richieste dei clienti. Parte di questi telai, oltre che per la classica produzione a licci, è attrezzata per la produzione di TESSUTI A GIRO INGLESE, dove per le numerose montature disponibili sul pronto, possiamo far fronte ai numerosi cambi richiesti di mercato.

Produciamo tessuti con Doppio Subbio e tessuti particolari, ottenendo ottimi risultati anche dove è richiesta trama con filati (20 den), insieme a trame con filati Bouclé (1/1000). I nostri prodotti di riferimento sono: Abbigliamento-Accessorio-Arredamento. Possiamo offrire un servizio completo di Orditura, Orditura a Campioni, Erghet, Annodatura, Incorsatura semplice ed operata, Rammendo, Finissaggio. Oltre ad un nostro campionario, lavoriamo in sintonia con i clienti, per lo studio e realizzazione sia dei loro campionari e della produzione. Oltre ai Produttori di Tessuti Ortogonali, collaboriamo da tempo con Produttori Filati, che intendono nobilitare i loro articoli, presentandoli già realizzati sotto forma di tessuto finito.

TESSITURA LASCIALFARI SRL was founded in 1968 and has acquired extensive experience and KNOW-HOW in the textyle field.

Our machinery is all computerized,whit programs created to meet specific customers needs. Our machinery includes VAMATEX LOOMS Mod.1001---LEONARDO SILVER Mod.9000 Plus rapier looms with positive yarn clamping on which weft adjustments are possible. In addition to classical heddle weaving, some of these looms are equipped for the production of  LENO FABRICS where, thanks to the many assemblies we have available in stock, we can respond promptly to the changes required by the market. We produce double-warp and special fabrics, whit excellent result where the weft requires a fine yarn (20 Den) to be woven with a coarser type (Bouclè 1/1000 N.M.).

Our target market sectors are apparel-accessories and upholstery. We offer a complete service of intermediate processing such as warping, warping to Erghet samples, splicing, simple and fancy threading, mending, finishing.

In addition to presenting our own collection, we work in cooperation with our customers to develop and produce sample collections and regular production runs. While we are mainly producers of woven fabrics,  we have also worked for many years with yarn manufactures interested in improving their own products, presenting the finished yarns made up into woven fabrics.
